RATES [Effective July 1, 2007] Private Room with shared full bath $2,385 per month Private Room with private half-bath $2,396 per month Private Room with private full bath $2,460 per month Private Double Room with private full bath $2,662 per month Optional Medication or Treatment Administration $4.00 per day Optional Supplemental Housekeeping $134 per month Optional Personal Bathing Assistance $194 per month Thanks to our state license, we can provide many more nursing services than the typical assisted living residence, where the need to contract with an outside nursing agency can easily add $1,000 or more to their (typically higher) monthly charges. Payments & Fees DEPOSIT Upon the date of acceptance of a unit by a resident, a payment of one month's rent is due. Upon receipt of this payment, Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home will hold the selected unit for up to 30 days pending occupancy by the resident. PAYMENT Payments for rent and services are due the first week of each month. Doctor's fees, supplemental nursing care, medications, personal supplies and personal laundry are not covered by the monthly payment due to Our Lady of Angels. ANCILLARY SERVICES Ancillary services such as garage rental, telephone service, and cable television service charges vary depending on the package chosen by the resident.
