The Nursing Center is licensed by the State of Illinois as an Intermediate Care Facility. It is primarily available to the residents of Our Lady of Angels Apartments and Retirement Center when they require nursing care on a temporary or permanent basis as determined by their physicians. RATES [Effective July 1, 2007] St. Anthony Hall Private Room with shared half-bath $161 per day Private Room with shared full bath $164 per day Private Room with private full bath $168 per day Private Double Room with private full bath $171 per day St. Peter Hall [for Heavier Care] Semi-Private Room $161 per day Private Room $169 per day Daily rates include room and board and all meals and snacks, including special diets. Rates do not include doctor's fees, medications, personal supplies, or dry cleaning services. Payments & Fees DEPOSIT Upon the date of acceptance of a unit by a resident, a payment of one month's rent is due. Upon receipt of this payment, Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home will hold the selected unit for up to 30 days pending occupancy by the resident. PAYMENT Payments for rent and services are due the first week of each month. Doctor's fees, supplemental nursing care, medications, personal supplies and personal laundry are not covered by the monthly payment due to Our Lady of Angels. ANCILLARY SERVICES Ancillary services such as garage rental and telephone service charges vary depending on the package chosen by the resident. Basic cable television is available at no charge.
