Upon receipt of this payment, Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home will hold the selected unit for up to 30 days pending occupancy by the resident. PAYMENT Payments for rent and services are due the first week of each month. Doctor's fees, supplemental nursing care, medications, personal supplies and personal laundry are not covered by the monthly payment due to Our Lady of Angels. ANCILLARY SERVICES Ancillary services such as garage rental and telephone service charges vary depending on the package chosen by the resident.
