Our Lady of Angels Village Senior Living Community, a not for profit organization, is financed by the payment of Entry Fees and Monthly Service Fees paid by the residents of the community. The Entry Fee is a one time payment that is determined by the size and amenities of the apartment home, and is payable at the time the resident(s)'s home is available for occupancy. The Entry Fee entitles the residents to enjoy the maintenance free use of their apartment home for their lifetime, or until by choice or circumstance they elect to move from their home. The Entry Fee also entitles the resident to enjoy the many benefits of the programs and services of this faith based, continuing care senior living community. The Entry Fee is ninety percent (90%) refundable to the resident should they elect to relocate, or to the resident's estate in the event of death. The refund is payable when a new resident moves into the apartment. Our Lady of Angels Village is responsible for the re-¬occupancy of the apartment. The Entry Fee does not constitute the resident's equity ownership of the apartment. Since Our Lady of Angels Village is tax exempt, residents are not currently responsible for property tax on their Village home. The Monthly Service Fee is a monthly charge that covers the operational costs of providing a spectrum of convenience and supportive services, as well as lifestyle programs and spiritual life opportunities. The fee covers: Professional Management Wellness Program/Coordinator Operational and Program Staff Fitness Program and Instructor All Campus Maintenance Services Daily Access to Campus Chapel Weekly Housekeeping Services Access to All Campus Amenities Ten Meals Each Week Priority Access to Skilled Nursing Scheduled Transportation Village Property Insurance Daily Leisure Time Activities and Programs Personal Emergency Call System All Apartment and Common Area Utilities.
