Talking with our Village Residency Counselor or our Retirement Home Admissions Director will help you discover your options and understand the benefits of life in our community. Selecting the accommodation that best meets your preferences, your needs and your budget is the second step. Once this decision has been made, a Reservation Deposit will secure your place in this wonderful new lifestyle. Discussing our fee structure for each living option is the all-important next step. The fees for cottages and apartment homes include a Refundable Entry Fee and a Monthly Service Fee. Apartments in the Retirement Home and nursing care accommodations only require a Monthly Service Fee based on the level of service and the type of apartment or room selected. Completing a relatively simple Application Form will help us know how Our Lady of Angels can best serve your needs. The application is then submitted to administration for review and determination. When an approval is given, the applicant signs a contractual agreement. Our future resident is then notified when the selected accommodation will be available to move in. Prior to move in, the balance of the Refundable Entry Fee for a Village home will be payable or the Monthly Service Fee deposit is made on a Retirement Home apartment or for nursing care.
