Our Lady of Angles Village, a not-for-profit organization, is financed through the payment of Refundable Entry Fees and Monthly Service Fees paid by the resident of the community for cottage and apartment homes.
The Refundable Entry Fee is a one time payment that is determined by the size and amenities of the cottage or apartment home. A Reservation Deposit is made at the time the resident selects their future home. The balance of the Entry Fee is payable at the time the resident(s)' home is available for occupancy. The Entry Fee does not constitute the resident's equity ownership.
The Entry Fee is ninety percent (90%) refundable to the resident should they elect to relocate, or to the resident's estate in the event of death. The refund is payable upon the re-occupancy of the resident's Village home. OLAV is responsible for the re-occupancy of the cottage or apartment.
The Entry Fee entitles the resident to enjoy the use of the home and the many benefits and services of this faith-based continuing care senior living community for their lifetime.
The Monthly Service Fee is a charge that covers the operational costs of providing a spectrum of conveniences and services, as well as lifestyle programs and spiritual life opportunities.
