Volunteer Opportunities Our Lady of Angels relies on Volunteers for many appreciated tasks. The total number of regular volunteers last years was approximately 120. Many are members of the OLA Auxiliary and others are individuals who register through the Volunteer Program. Among the tasks that OLA Volunteers perform are: Visiting with residents Assisting residents with correspondence Driving on shopping errands Serving at special parties and events Transporting residents within the building Working in the gift shop Making rosaries for missions Working in the beauty shop Picking up and delivering library books Supporting auxiliary events Working on the annual fund raising events For more information on volunteering, please contact the Director of Volunteer Services at 815-725-6631.
